Night walking the streets of Toronto, or any large city for that matter, with your favourite camera can often provide amazing street photography opportunities. When darkness falls in a large city, what is only partially seen can become more interesting that what was fully exposed only hours earlier.

Darkness has always had a slightly fearful effect on humankind, that is why every horror film ever made must have a terrifying night scene. What is hidden in darkness sparks the imagination, the unknown is often something to be suspicious of.
